In the spring of 2006, 300 olive trees were planted on the winery.
Since then, there has been a wonderfully fruity, fresh and finest virgin oil for good customers and friends of the company every year - even if only in small quantities, but of unique quality.
Connoisseurs prefer to enjoy it "solo" with a little salt, a piece of white bread before dinner - of course with a glass of well-chilled Xaloc white wine.
